Tantallon Road - Pantry & Laundry
We were tasked with turning a tired laundry into a multi-functional space. More storage, a pantry, an extra fridge, laundry and a study space were all on the must-have list. With this room right off the kitchen and adjacent to a busy entrance in and out of the house, it also had to look nice, and hide away mess and clutter. We hid pull-out pantry units, an integrated fridge, a hot water system and a broom cupboard behind tall cupboard doors, and made good use of the high ceilings with a rolling ladder to access additional storage above. A study nook is hidden away behind pocket-doors.
On the adjacent side, views out to the rolling hills of Molong, with bins, laundry hampers, a washer & dryer and additional storage for wine and incidentals. The result? One fancy pantry!
